Transmission chain for kat 400 ssn reference?

Hi lads,

I got into trouble with the transmission chain last night it went of the rails, I am waiting on it from wemoto for 2 weeks now....

But anyway it is not there yet, so I am going to be looking for it locally.

Does somebody as the reference of the chain ?

I got that from wemoto, just need a confirmation:

Pin Length 21.75
Roller Diameter 10.20mm
Plate Thickness 2.0mm
Weight 1.62kg/100 links
Tensile Strength 36.6KN


It happen to me few times I called and ask do you have it yeah sure, I turn up and it is not there.... so I need to make sure

Thanks a million for the info, so your chain was 525 and 116 links ?
I called a motorshop and they need to be sure of the number of links and type as the bike is not listed.

I hate being on the side of the road!!!

I will get that locally today, and stock the one from wemoto, for the next time probably in about 30000 km unlikely that it will me.
But sure we live and learn.

I got one yesterday evening not badly price neither actually cheaper than wemoto €90.

The wemoto apparently left there warehouse, but I could not wait to get my bike back
