Brake fittings...

Post by callyboy » Thu Mar 07, 2013 7:22 pm

... I was thinking that my brake calipers look splendid with their new coats of paint and shiny shiny zinc bolts.....but the brake hose fittings look rubbish :( not sure if they are yet another thing that could have been zinc plated and i forgot to include them or not. Anyway...can i buy some nice shiny new ones cheap from anywhere?

Was going to get some stainless nipples as well

You mean the fittings at the end of the hose to the calliper? It is specific to the pop up and not available from goodridge or hel etc because of compatibility certificate.

So either zinc yours paint yours or just do braided hoses direct to calliper.
