1100 STARTING ISSUES
Tried the 1100 for the first time today for a while .The carbs were empty so spent a couple of mins on prime etc.No joy so left it for ten mins .Went back outside pressed starter just click battery is charged again still just click when I hit starter any other ideas ?

Did the engine turn over THEN the battery went flat? Or did you not try because you felt there was no fuel at the carbs?

Battery sounded fine I just left it for ten .battery fully charged wont bump off engine did turn over in the original attempt..

Fitted new battery still just click when hitting starter button .All lights etc are ok just nothing from starter.

Make sure you havnt filled the cylinders with fuel when you left it on prime !!! and locked the motor up with fuel !!!!
Take the plugs out and see if the engine will turn over by using a spanner on the nut on the R/hand side of the crank! Also check the oil level in the engine...............and sniff the oil in the engine to see if it smells of Fuel.
