Kat 1100 sprocket spacer

Post by tomtom » Mon Mar 03, 2014 11:55 pm

Can someone tell me please behind the front sprocket on the 1100 Kat is a sleeve that partially fits into the sprocket seal. How long should this be and should there be any other washers or spacers fitted before the sprocket goes on. Many thanks.

18,5 mm long, no additional washer or spacer if you are using stock rear end.

There is I believe, but I did not fit one on my 750, as I could not see a groove for it to locate on. Does it just compress between the spacer and the bearing?

I have not locked up the sprocket nut yet, just another of the little jobs to do
