Loom wiring...1982 GSX 1100

Post by jerry » Sun Aug 13, 2017 8:10 am

Hi...had a bit of an accident :( (don't ask!).
I need to get hold of some lengths of loom wire...black/white earth burnt out. I can't seem to find any info on amp rating or size in mm needed. While I'm at it also replacing other bits of a 35 year old Loom.
Any info or knowledge of a site with detailed information would be very welcome.
Thanks Jerry

Vehicle-wiringproducts are brilliant and a decent price usually.
Several on here have used them.

1.5mm stranded thinwall wire should be sufficient for your earth return.

Bikerstoolbox sells it but he's on his hols until the 21st

Try

Also this site has a calculator further down that can work out your various options

Or as Katgeezer said Vehicle Wiring Products. Here's their catalogue
