I'm Stumped! Shorter front forks on 1100 help required

From a simple dustcap to a full on turbo-nitrous breathing monster.

Cheers again Stockcar! That is probably enough really and means I have another set of forks to take a part. I think I know why they are about 46cm instead of 43.5cm, but I'm not going to admit to anything until I check them out first (and even then I don't think I'll admit anything!). I'll get the Swiss Katana ones back together first, but that will have to wait until end of next week as away for a bit.

Ok, I’ve checked mine and as close as I can see they are 43.5cm with the back wheel weighted down.

Sorry but my measurement was with the dust boots still on but hopefully the photo below will give you an idea.
