As the forks are of the 35mm variety, I'm sure it's going to be less than a 650, but with the anti-dive, I'm not so sure.

A quick Google threw up 217ml per leg, but does anyone here have a list that agrees with it?

Acording to the suzuki manual 165ml per leg, a 50:50 mix of 10/30 motor oil and automatic transmission fluid - if you dont have the manual pm me your address and postman pat may deliver one for you for free !
