The take offs you mentioned are the easy and cheaper option. Just make sure you have an EFE filter cover or modify your Katana cover with a plug to have it working like an EFE cover.

At least one EFE engine being broken on abay at the moment, easier to just buy an EFE cover and use that, or give grumpy a shout he might have one.

.... or you can block the oil gallery in the motor behind the oil cover for the same effect as changing/modifying the cover itself. doesn't need to be a 100% block but good enough to reroute the flow

good site that explians it all.... if you can get an efe cover thats cool... if not, just plug the hole and use the std cover. simple eh :)

pluging the hole under the cover blocks the oils path and forces it up the oil cooler outlet on one side of the cover.
