650 seat I think.

Hi all, I am in the process of restoring the rather distressed 650 that Fossie aquired from Germany. The problem is that when it tried to put a seat on, it would not fit. I compared the original base to my the seat off my 650 and found it to be approx' 2 inches longer. Consequently the fitting points on the frame do not line up. again about 2 inches out. So if anyone can think of a seat identical to a 650 only longer,
I'm in the market for one. Cheers.

So you need the longer UK spec 650 seat.............Your seat must be a 550 seat!
