Anyone got any ideas how to clean these up on my petrol tank?

Air brush ?, I was watching wheeler dealers the other day and they had a guy come in and airbrush some paint on a merc, he did some bumper scuffs and chips i think, they don't let you see it close up but it looked ok on the tv.
