hi all im after a front 530 sprocket with a 3/8 offset for my 1100 any idears best place to start looking thanks

As a starting point there's Ray Debben, £45.

i ground all the teeth off an old sprocket and welded it onto a new sprocket as a spacer. if you only need 3/8ths you might find that the sprocket will still be on the splines of the shaft with just an extra spacer behiond it. i only made mine up to increase the contact area between sprocket and splines to reduce wear on both.

get a std sprocket and get a spacer machined up for behind it... there's enough thread left for the tab washer too. that way if you need to change again in the future all ya need is the sprocket...

To get the correct chain alignment and the correct wheel alignment for something like a17 x 4.5" wheel with a 160 tyre you need to use a 3/8" offset sprocket with a spacer behind it bring the inner part of the sprocket out to the edge of the output shaft splines.

There's a company based near Silverstone called Trident Engineering that supply them for reasonable money.
