Service manual for a Pop-up

Post by harriskat » Mon Apr 15, 2013 5:35 pm

I am sure somebody on here somewhere will have a computer based copy of the service manual for said bike.

While the motor is out of the frame and the rocker and side casings are getting their new colours, I thought it best that maybe I should do the valves. having never done it before a manual would be a great help. Either that or somebody to come help me with said task :)

GSX750es/ef manual will give you all the info for the valve clearances. there is a popup suppliment that covers the differences but the only engine difference is the hydraulic clutch.
