750 efe cover fits on with three retaining nuts, I believe yours fits with five. the oil seal for your model should fit. The cover plate you've got is most likely from an 1100efe.

Like Mal says, you've probably got an 1100EFE filter cover as you need 5 studs. Assuming this then standard filter and standard oil seal, no probs.
