I have not been on here in the last 3 month (did a lot of other stuff like moving house ), and the bike has still not been started.
So today I finally got some time to look at it, now that the garage is finish and I can move the bike in the light.

so the main problem she does not start, there is a spark jump for 3 of the cap plug.

Basically you can see the spark going through the cap plug. So I believe one of them is cracked and so need to be change.

I had some ordered which where not the OEM one and obviously do not fit.
I had to brake it too take it out.

Do you think there could be a ground issue ? or just the cap plug I am suspicious of both.

Make sure you have the rubber boots on the ignition lead end of the plug cap too.

You'll have to cut a small bit off the end of the lead to make sure you get a good connection but not too much eh.

I'd say it would be unusual for more than 1 cap to go down at the same time but if it cures the problems then, hey, who's complaining

Yeah long time, over the last 6 month, I moved house, and job, and another couple of big stuff happen so not much time for much to be honest, thing are finally settling down and I can go back to my mechanical stuff.

I just called suzuki 1 spark plug cap is €22, so I told the chap I was not going to go for that. He was very helpfull about that and told that we should be able to match a NGK.

I have already try a set of NGK one, but when the rubber on them it is all stuck in, and basically to take it out you need to break it, not the best really.

Does anybody have try to use NGK one instead of the OEM one, could you give me the reference it will save me some hassle.


Hopefully, after that and a clean of carbs she will fire.
