I've found a supplier for the pop-up decals. Everything is good to go apart from the "sunny orange" colour. He cannot find the PANTONE code (his words, not mine)
Before I sugest the sunbeam horizon orange. does anyone know the official colour code? it might keep the annoracks happy.

you can buy the correct decals, there's a firm in Canada that does them and as far as I know they're good quality.
It's not about keeping anoraks happy, either it's done right or it's not, if not then just paint the whole bike black, it's cheaper and easier !

Firstly it isn't getting done black, it is f*** all to do with getting it done cheaply, it is about. Finding the bits etc, So finding the decals are difficult to source and overcoming it is the whole exercise.


If the orange is not the correct one it is a NO GO. No point doing it if it ain't right.

The company in Canada , don't have all the graphics because the canook model didn't have the ANARAK or the fairing script, not sure their orange is correct either as it isn't on their site.
I have tried to email them but got no response.

I have asked Richiekat in Aldershot to see if his chap who did our ANARAK emblems can do a full set , but as yet no answer.

Alexandre in France had a set done for his pop up. But he hasn't!been about for a while.

Russ said h could get a set done IF WE HAD THE CORRECT ORANGE.............!

What about Ash ?, didn't he have a popup painted up before selling it on ?

This place has orange GSX1100 decals, might be the same, or at least the right colour.

They say they do, they even list them. But when they come they are the wrong size, wrong colour.

He's not easy to work with , as he dosen't cut and print the vynl himself but contracts it out.

Not recommended.

JMAC seems to have got it covered apart from the orange. Can we just not buy a orange decal and get him to match to it?

Ask Ash - just been out to the garage to look over the bike (which was his when it was repainted) and the decals look spot on, if memory serves me, in comparison to my other S3.
