36mm GSXR Carbs

I'm going to fit a set of gsxr 36mm carbs to my 1100 Kat. Can someone give me a rough starting point regarding main jet size and needle position please. Thanks.
What is the periphery like?
K&Ns?
Exhaust?
Got 180 mains and 5E60 needles on mid notch with dual pods and an open growler type of exhaust on my wifes Kat - but it has got a B12 oilcooled engine.
