kat 400 rear wheel questions

ok... as it says i need to know a bit about 400 rear wheels please and more importantly, what's needed to get it into my 1100.
needs disc and a sprocket carrier to boot.... need to measure t he bearings and see if something will fit to get the 11 axle bolt through the wheel without any fuss.
so... questions i guess are whats the diameter of a 400 disc... can i still use the 11 caliper/hanger ? what fits and all that
any experiences from anyone... would be nice to get a wider rear in with the same pattern to replace my 2not quite straight" std rim
