Try turning the idle adjuster all the way in (clockwise i think) then spin the motor over while backing it out, if it has been messed about with it should fire up at some point, i know the trouble kids can cause to bikes, i was cleaning my kat when i got distracted by my nephew wanting to sit on it, ten minutes later i went to start it and nothing happened, found out after much f'ing and blinding that the little basket had put it into first gear when i wasn't looking, that was the day i found out that there was a safety cut out switch on the starter!

Turning the idle adjuster all the way each way won't stop it starting.
A 9 year old in the shit will always deny.
A kid will always twist the throttle loads and loads. Flooded........
Leave it a while.
Does it turn over?

has he turned the fuel to prime? unwind the idle adjuster, till its loose, then wind it in till you feel resistance as it touches the throttle stop, then wind it in a couple of turns more, try staring it then, but be prepared to shut it off if the revs fly up.

Nope definitely hasn't

not flooded either left her for couple of days and still not firing
Getting a spark smells like she is getting fuel I'm lost
