673 is the capacity of the 650 kat (they were badged and sold as a 650 but in reality were 673cc)
Hmmmm are the caps on the end of the rocker cover round or oblong?
Look on engine block at the front of the head it will tell you 399cc or 673 cc .
There was a 650 chain drive engine for the Canadian market , it could be possible to fit it to a 400 frame.
