des anybody know why the choke mechanism on a 1100 wont stay it always returns to the start unless manually held in place cheers les.

yup, wavey washer id the secret. plenty of folk dont remember to put it back on and it just gets loast.

...it just looks and feels cool when you reach down to your bike with one hand while starting and warming it up. Who cares about wavey washers...

In reality it isn't nessecary just hold it for a few minutes.

thanks for the link have ordered a washer from local Suzuki dealer just waiting to see if still available again many thanks
