Did the 1100sz Kat have a tool tray fitted as standard and does anyone have one they would like to sell?
I don’t like going anywhere without a few basic tools just in case but my Kat seems to be missing one? I’m assuming it fits under the seat somewhere?

That's the spot there in front of the seat catch. There is a rubber band with a metal loop at each end that hooks onto the metal plate and secures your toolkit in place.
B and B often list Genuine Suzuki Tool kits on weEVIL BAY if you want the pukka museum quality look to your bike.
Back in the day I replaced mine with the leg pocket of an RAF flying coverall, got loads of tools and bits of tat in it that I never needed!
Oddly enough I found it in the shed a couple of months ago....
When I started riding bikes I used an ex army ammo pouch to carry a full toolkit as the Royal Enfield Crusader needed frequent attention especially in the dark or the rain

Might have a spare plate, don't have a toolkit though.
Don’t need a toolkit as I’ve plenty of tools (well according to swmbo anyway

) but if you’ve got a spare plate I have beer tokens waiting to go to a new owner

pm me your address and I’ll try and get it in the post this week.
Brilliant your a star, I don’t want a museum piece but I hate going out with no tools and there’s enough bumps in my leathers as it is without carrying a tool roll
I’ll buy you a beer at MancKat if your going?

Although free is always good they aren't too much to buy new, £14-56 for the tool holder and £4-62 for the band from Robinson's minus 10% for KoC owners + postage.
