buy a full gasket set and the valve seals come with it. whats up with the bearing you have? is it the needle roller that the gear selector drum turns in? cos its not under much stress? i use pj1 black paint, ive got satin on the gixxer cases in my shed if you want to look at the finish, but they do a gloss finish.

i might have the bearing in a spare set of cases somewhere. gear selector shaft seal is a part that is common to dozens of suzuki models right to the present day, get a new gen one from suzuki theyre only a few quid.

I use PJ1 case paint also with good results, so i would highly recommend it...But its like any other case paint you have to give it afew days to cure, or bang em in the oven for a few hours if the missus is out.
As for the valve stem seals, Debben Performance sell them much cheaper than £61, i think they are in the APE packaging so they will be quality ones... check out their website.
All the best DEANOTEK.
Just looked on Debben... they are £29.50 + the dreaded vat. (APE).

I have a new genuine Suzuki bearing if you need a new one, got it for my rebuild and didn't end up fitting it, as the original was still ok after the cases were cleaned.
