exhausts are hard to source, effie ones might fit and they look stock'ish' but they are expensive themselves. id keep what you have on it and look out on ebay for odd parts of sets, sometimes you get one nos silencer or one set of middle pipes, they tend to go for less than complete sets, so buy them in bits if youve the patience. mudguards are tricky too cos most got cut down for the look of a shorter guard. and dont discount buying new. there are plenty of bits available still from dealers like robinsons (and you should be able to get a discount for being in the kat club) quite often i see bits on ebay that are selling for more second hand than they cost brand new from robinsons, so dont assume that new will mean expensive!

I might have a chainguard or two - I'll have a look and let you know. Here's also an EFE exhaust, but shipping is close to crazy, I suppose.
Time to show us a pic of you Kat, eh?

1100 kat rear sprocket is JTR818 the 750 es/ef/se has JTR816 the dimensions look and measure the same and are 530 (also known as 50) pitch. the front sprocket from the same will fit too. Check JT website below has all the dimensions in the online catalogue, make sure you look up Katana SD and not those non Kats the Americans think they have.
