Valve seat cutting tool

I’ve been roped in to refurbish a Honda CB175 motor for a friend 
The valve seats are really bad and beyond just grinding in. Has anyone got a seat cutting set I could borrow please?
I will obviously look after them and pay for postage. Thanks, Paul
