I've tried everything but nothing seems to work?

My amps got both chokes and filter caps though... :lol:
It's faster to break than to repair.

Obvious, you've fitted the filter the wrong way round, see the post where not only did I fit it the wrong way round but also fitted it from the petrol tank to the carbs :)
