Very interesting but no relation to a pop up.

For interest sake why is the end of the silencer so important ?

Lol great question. Sometimes folk advertise stuff wrongly, but provide photos.
Just trying to recognise from different areas of exhaust as to what is what. And can rule of what’s no good. Also info Like numbers etched on the end can four digits between asterisks x3132x etc

I guessed that was the answer , but the as you can see I'd from end of zorst is not accurate as different markets had different rules / regs ....they all fit but differ ..
The pop up however is the same for all markets and tomorrow I will do as I said , dig out the bikes in question and get the info ..
One has the original popup on it the other a Californian ES (NOS) one on it ....it fits and works ok but is a touch quieter. ( it was chrome but I painted it .)

An extensive search in the Katcave ...basically I moved a 650 to gain access to the pop up exhaust , reveals their are NO id numbers on the original 750 SE ( pop up ) exhaust
I suggest because all ES derived models had the same system .
The photos show the end of both the original system and the system for the GS 700/750ES US market
Fitted to my pop up.
