I don't think the oil strainer should have these bits in it

Now I need to work out what they are parts of.

Is that a bit of clutch cover gasket in the 2nd picture bottom right?
Are they metallic? Magnetic?
If not, likely to be cam chain tensioner or clutch plates…

The item is rigid plastic, black with a very distinctive curve on the face, also has a straight edge in 1 corner, looks like camchain guide to me but which bit?

Crankcase now dismantled & nothing is missing or broken
Signs of impact under crank on No1
Guessing to 'tinny' noise was the extra bit hitting the oil baffle plate under No 2.
So get a few o rings on the way home tomorrow & get putting it back together, hopefully ready for Odd Balls Rally

Scrap that, part found in pickup now identified as bit of cam chain tensioner where the plunger sits, but mine isn't broken
However main bearing shot

Replacement parts & gaskets on order, tis going to be tight if I can rebuild ready for Odd Balls rally, but I'm going to try to be there.
