Hey guys finally have gotten around to joining up.
Ahh or so my story, well the katana is in my blood and it's be along time coming and admiring my dads 1100s - lots of engine modifications, and original setup by Barry gannon I believe.

Anyway long story short, dad used to race in to 70/80s mostly over in Ireland the northwest ulster gp as well as the short circuits believe he was at the isle aswell and few short stuff in Scotland etc, the bike a katana 1100 with a lot of engine modifications and we still have her :)

So the time came and I found a wee 400 kat for sale so I did the logical thing, sold my fzr and got her bought.

Dad has been out of the katana scene for quite a while now and it almost feels as tho I'm starting fresh again finding best place for parts etc. So I will be hounding you guys for information if that's ok

Will add a load of pictures later

How remis of me , Welcome aboard. Had a 400 for many many years , over 100,000 on it no issues except , brakes needing stripping and cleaning everytime the pads needed changing.

Keep it running , they don't like being laid up for long periods , modern fuel and small jet holes in carbs.

Where in Northern Ireland are you?
