Brit in Germany saying Hello

Evening all,
Just bought myself TWO GS650 Katanas for a song. They will go along with my Yamaha XVZ12T Venture (Self-restored) my BMW R80RT Gendarmerie bike (also self-restored) and the Yamaha XV250 I bought for my wife to learn on.
I almost always wanted a Katana, it's the right size for going to work on (The Venture can be a bit cumbersome at times - it weighs 350 kilos) and I intend to restore the first one to better than original condition. The frame has already been sent away for blasting and parts have been ordered to start the rebuild. Both bikes are complete but in pieces and the engine for the second one has the head off to sort some stripped threads and the camchain is a bit slack.
Any and all tips would be welcome, it's not my first Suzuki, I restored a TS250 which was sold to a bloke in Ireland, but it's been a while. sources for parts would be welcome:
Katana 1: Sebring exhaust but standard in every way
Katana 2: low power version for Germany (27BHp) black engine, GS650 forks (Non Katana) black seat and lots of other things non standard, I think it's had a hard life!
Cheers
Phil
