Recently rejoined the club thank you Fozzie and Uncle BoB, dont spend much time on the computer so a brief introduction about myself seems right. I've had my kat since '98 shes a 1000sz totally original, bar exhausts and cowling [came with a fibre glass one] been to IOM TT three times with her oh and the wife we are foster parents and are grandparents too thus not much time I'm Yorkshire born and work in Leeds.hopefully I may be able to make the next Manc'ee Kat Rally .

By 'cowling' do you mean the faring?
My 1000SZ had a fibreglass faring from new. It had a plastic one fitted as a replacement when my brother (its first owner) crashed it, so a fibreglass one may be original.
