If you have a smartphone (who doesn't (possibly a bad question to ask on here... )) then the Office Lens App by Microsoft is a great app for "scanning" in documents. It will allow you to scan in multi pages and save as a PDF so one document has all the detail. Or save as separate images and email me them, I can make into a PDF.
Your 400 is still about, had an MOT last Feb and tax is due 1st June.
