Katana Owners Club U.K.

Hello all. Just got an 1983 Katana 1100 and felt the need to join up with other Katana owners.
Its in awesome condition with some tasteful modifications. I'm into jap classics, mainly the 2 stroke variety, but i fell in love with the Katana the moment I spotted it. The hard bit was getting the owner to sell it to me.

I'd love to know who did the work on the bike. I'd like to shake their hand for such a great job.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Not sure what is the right size tbh. The wheels aren’t standard and the swing arm is stock so I don’t know what I can get away with. Any advice?

Yep Australian for sure lol. Your bike looks really nice!
Mine won’t run. I’ve sent the carbs back to Allen’s for a clean and service. Will order some new plugs and then hopefully………..
I’ll let you know how I get on.

A big Kat with carb issues....hmmmm....

I love it even tho i havent ridden it yet.
Getting closer now. I've traced the running issue to the ignition module. I've ordered a Dyna pick up module, so should hopefully sort it out.
