You don't need a speedo overlay to pass the mot, I've owned my 250 Kat for over eight years and the kph speedometer has never been mentioned, the only drawback could be that the mot testing station might list the mileage on the certificate as 30,000 miles instead of 30,000 kilometers :roll:

As said no legal requirement for mph speedo , but if it is in Kms the tester should put it in Kms , just mention it at the start .

I'm sure there's a suitable venue down here in cyder-space .....depends on expected levels of creature comforts! Or lack of.
