you see, i knew you would eventually come round to see things my way, even you admit that 'just burn is' is a viable option. all you need to do now is get all the other options out of your head....Uncle Bob wrote:..and it could have so easily been my problems...
I'll wait until you get either JohnR 400 hacked off with it and either sell it me cheaply (just so you can laugh at me) or just burn it!

Re: Well wasn't going to be!
is it the central tee piece thats leaking where the fuel pipe enters from the tank?
that would be the only perishable component that wasnt included in the seal kit then! all the o rings on the transfer tubes between carbs 1+2 and carbs 3+4 had new o rings fitted, but the central tee piece wasnt included in the kit as it doesnt have o rings, its just rubber mouldings on the tee itself. and all the old o rings taken off were put in a bag and returned with the carbs. i tested them myself and they didnt leak here, i did the same as you with the carbs over a plastic bowl linked to a slave tank bu 3 foot of pipe giving more head of pressure than stock, not a drop leaked out.

Re: Well wasn't going to be!
I'm assuming it is the t piece, I have ordered new hose and clips to eliminate connection issues.
I will then bench test again but move the t piece to various positions, I feel it must be the angle it sits when on the bike. I have spare T pieces as it looks standard Suzuki fare.

Aaaaaaaargh!
The 250 one slides into a robber grommet , the others are o ring and fatter , using the grommet makes it too fat , using o ring to thin .....need a 250/400 t piece possibly same as GSXR.

Re: Well wasn't going to be!
So using the new 250 and 400 PDFs on the site you will see the part number for the 400 is 13683-46010 and for the 250 13683-34C00, so different.
Partzilla lists the bikes 13683-34C00 is used on:
https://www.partzilla.com/product/suzuki/13683-34C00
Late 90's GSXR750 and 600, RF600 and 900 and Bandit 400.
Robinsons shows them at £9.58

Re: Well wasn't going to be!
Much appreciated , I was going to research it myself this evening .....and it would have taken all evening.
Anyway for a tenner I just order one , the other option was to sand down a 650 one but the chances of it being tolerance round were slim.....but for a tenner .

Re: Well wasn't going to be!
Well it all done back together ready for MOT ....WHEN Smand no longer needed it for commuting due to shift times changes.
So it'll need a new home . The MOT wasn't done because it was pointless spending £28 to just sit in the garage.
If and when it gets sold I suspect the new keeper will want to strip it etc so it will be a spend too far.
