I managed to find the three remaining missing lines. Brand new in Austrailia, sadly cost a fortune. I need the rubber bits that the lines run through next to the mudguard.
Thanks

The rubber bushing, part number 59244-49000, is showing as available from CMSnl for 4 Euros each.

If they are not actually available from there, then a very similar part is fitted to old leaf sprung Land Rovers, Rover part number 06860. I have measured both and the Land Rover part is only a few mm longer than the Suzuki part, and the i.d. is about the same.

I went to Venhill this morning. They only make stainless steel braided hoses. It is available in black. The outside diameter is 6.5mm. Their web site is showing a kit for the 1100 E/S Katana, at £129.72 inc VAT.

Hope this helps
David

This is what I gave the part number for, and what I thought you wanted.

Or did you mean something else?
