Re: GS 1000000 G - Forking hell!
Fishnets on legs....
Spread legs...
Booze & legs....
Rubbers for said legs...
Final rubbing of the legs...
And... time!
It's faster to break than to repair.

Since everybody on plague island seems to hate shiny things... here's some more
I have no clue how many miles this bike has done but if the amount of wear on the final drive is anything to go by it's probably on the lower end! And remember kids, always brush your teeth and use Hypoid gear oil!

I’m not against shiny things, it’s just that I’ve never really been that inclined to sit and polish stuff (as Fred61 will tell you), in fact I do like shiny bike especially if they have a collection of dead flies on the screen/headlight etc.

That’s a good looking Kat.
Could be the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. But it’s probably the North Sea

Re: GS 1000000 G - Forking Hell!
All the junk has been cleared out and flex seal applied to the inner flanges of the final drive housing.
Think went together smooth as butter. I am pretty sure it's never been apart but the marring on those center JIS heads looks pretty suspect...
A nicely polished shaft goes a long way
Fresh paint helps too! I have to source some studs because someone borrowed them out of this one. Some fat Allen bolts with the right thread (M10x1.25) will keep it together for now. Another part almost ready to be bolted on Next up is the plating of the bolts, shock stud and final drive studs.
