Engine after 40 hours.
Soda blasted, cleaned, pressure washed, sanded down, epoxy primer, special mixture base-coat (no, not silver, OEM grey), semi-gloss top coat and a lot of polishing. Still have to finish the final buffing.

i think the pictures show it as more grey than it actually is paul. its much more a silver shade which is pretty close to the original enginee case paint.
