Re: Resin Corse
Balanced the carbs, set idle, added a section to the undertray to keep muck off the electrics. Fitted rear pegs (not sure I like them) Rear end all done now.
Just need to paint my tank now....

Re: Resin Corse
Good work on that tray. I'm not sure about the rear pegs either. I need some for Tinykat, but can't find the right style. The originals are no longer available and they are a bit chunky anyway. The race rep type ones like yours aren't quite right either. Shame as I had some spare ones.

Re: Resin Corse
I've got some that match the front, but they're a strange fitting and I can't work out how to make them work without drilling the frame. I'll probably sit and stare at them for a few days until I get inspiration!

Re: Resin Corse
Howabout these for yours SmallKat? A cross between sports pegs and standard. They do front ones too. Not sure how to fit them though.Smallkat wrote: ↑Sun Jan 17, 2021 11:14 pmGood work on that tray. Re: Resin Corse
Perfect! Thanks for the link. I wouldn't risk non-OE riders pegs, but these look just the job for a pillion. Especially as I am unlikely to actually take one, the hangers just look odd without a peg.
I'll get them ordered.

Re: Resin Corse
I have a pair on my 250; they are perfectly fine as pilions! I believe the SD Katanas also have the chonkers you are talking about?
It's faster to break than to repair.

Re: Resin Corse
Chonkers! I like it. Does that mean fat, ugly and not very stylish? I'm not going to make the obvious jokes.
