intro
Hi all, just scratching a 30 year itch. finally bought my first 1100 Katana last weekend. At the age of 15 I was pressed against the window of Bol Dor motorcycles in Worthing while picking up my Suzuki moped for my upcomong 16th birthday. There it was, an 1100 Katana. By 18, i had a nearly new 650 Kat, but still no 1100. since then there has always been a bike or 2 in the garage but no 1100 Kat. So ther you hav it, my intro. i will post photos of my bikes progress as and when it happens, in the mean time, I would just like to say I am really looking forward to this next chapter in my biking life.

Re: intro
Hi sorry to disappoint but the German bit refers to the bike. I bought it back from Germany. The bike is a december 81 with 3 owners. The guy I bought it from owned it twice. it only has 35,000 km on the clock and is in very good original condition. A winter project to recommission it and return it to completeley standard. All just boly on bits and luckily he kept all the original bits.
