Talking of kat clocks, i saw somewhere that canadian pop up clocks had a fuel gague in place of the standard idiot lights. Are these easy to get hold of or are am i deep in to hens teeth territory ?

It isn't the Canadian model but the later sf model ie 1987. _8', However Hesse are easy to come by and if you got a set you'd need a tank with a sender unit in it. That is the poultry molar.

Thanks fossie.
Would the sender unit from a gsx 400 fit ? It has a similar-ish katana shaped tank or a sender from a gsx750 es perhaps ?

The sender from an Es tank would obviously fit, so would the GSX 400 f.
Would carpentry tools suffice in cutting a location for it?
