fuel right ? is it some sort of emissions device? filter.

Oil breather catch tank, It's not standard fitment.

I thought it might be a catch tank but wasn't sure, it was on yahoo auctions & came off a very tasty 400 complete with DIC banana zorst that I was sorely tempted by
