Probably Aussie..Suzuki did do aftermarket fairing bits in the SD era as it late 83-4 and the belly pan was in a catalogue ..Piramyd plastics if my memory is close ... still do screens so may have a template left ..

Why don't you give us the whole view on the bike? More modifications might lead to more hints or even the owner?
There' a photoshopped spot on that belly pan, obviously. Did you do that or does it come that way in the original post?
