OK an update for you, despite me telling the office bod a precise description of probs when I rang them, the engineer came out today without any parts & saying that he was only allocatted 15mins for repair...even he said he's need double that for one valve let alone 2!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

So now I've gotta wait til Wed for them to send another engineer who hopefully will have enough time to do the job AND all the parts needed!!! :evil:

Fuggin p*ssed off???

I should say so.....grrrrrr at least I've found the heating can be put back on without flooding the place, so cheers guys for all ya help :D
