OK an update for you, despite me telling the office bod a precise description of probs when I rang them, the engineer came out today without any parts & saying that he was only allocatted 15mins for repair...even he said he's need double that for one valve let alone 2!!!

So now I've gotta wait til Wed for them to send another engineer who hopefully will have enough time to do the job AND all the parts needed!!!

Fuggin p*ssed off???

I should say so.....grrrrrr at least I've found the heating can be put back on without flooding the place, so cheers guys for all ya help
