Pete, why do you want to change the clutch? I thought you would have to be using it to need that done ???? Top tip is to practice on the Impulse then if you bugger it up leave the Kat well alone

check the basket for wear ridges, and make sure the metal plates dont have sharp edges worn on em. soak the new plates in engine oil overnight before fitting.

If there are ridges and sharp edges, what do you do ? emery cloth em or new ?
