Although it looks slightly bigger and the one i took off the bike does not have wires with the terminals on the end. It has the terminals coming directly out of the unit. I would need to modify the earth too but i think shes the one.

It's the right listing for the bike and should fit no problem, if the wirings not quite the same then as you say you can mod it slightly, the unit you have on there is probably not the original anyway and the wiring may have been altered before.
