Can't tell much useful about water cooled engines... Water is a fluid which is not needed when running a bike, ya know...

But if you're gettin' desperate: I have some spare parts for the 750 Kat engine, might help you with a set of casings.

Thanks Pedda. In a couiple of weeks I get as few days off so will take the engine out and have a better look at it. A quick look tells me that some bits that were behind the bodywork look immaculate, and others are totally useless. Not sure if its economically saveable by me.

watercooled gsxr motors have big bhp, but have weak gearboxes and they just dont have the stump pulling grunt of the air and oil cooled motors. the adaptor plat templates on oss dont fit, well they didnt fit mine!
