The Cockpit Hotel came back but can't do prices until tomorrow as the lady wasn't about. Can someone confirm this list of people:
  • Cam and Sue
    Fossie and Smand
    Fetishkat and Mrs D
    KeKat
    Sparki
    Popup
    UB
    Kryten
    Flufflonsdale
    JohnR
Does everyone want underground (secure) parking at €5 extra? Just so you know, as Popup pointed out, it is right near Hamburg airport.

Thanks

Rob

Rob, was just going by the price quoted on the page from the link. Says 69E for single, from 78E double. An observation not a criticism.
Might be worth including jmac just in case.

Parking here aswell, for £4.37 why not? ;)
I'm up for including jmac , if the worst came to the worst I'm sure a German will take the bed space.
If we just divide the total by everyone as I did for our ferry, then everyone saves and the cost of one bed space is neglible.

I thank you for your concern Paul, but please don't make any arrangements on my behalf .I've a couple of hospital appointments coming up and I'll have a better idea of my chances. Meanwhile I'll be looking for a trike or something.

Yes parking for me. Wot fossie said. I don't mind paying for an extra room, if Jmac makes it then great he has a bed. If there are singles I will have one of them.

Hopefully I will pick up my ride for eurokat tomorrow. This is plan B if I don't finish my 1000 Kat in time.

All sounds good Fossie. Hopefully they will have the rooms required. I had wondered if Pedda was travelling up on Thur as well or just having a long ride on Friday. Not sure which other German Kat owners are his way, he'll ride with.

Jmac, as an aside (if time off / health etc are issues) I see Ryanair fly from Stansted to Aarhus airport just south of where we are staying. You could make it easier by flying Fri to Sun for quite cheap money and times aren't stupid. I'm sure we can send someone to pick you up :-) Nice to have you there by any means than not at all.
