Best way to go about polishing my cases. And what's the best way to protect them after?

If your going to do em yourself and you dont want to spend a huge amount, get one of these:

http://www.thepolishingshop.co.uk/acata ... _Kits.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I have done a couple of bits and it comes up really well. You will never get it as good as a polishing shop, but still pretty good.

Some peeps lacquer after. I prefer not to as it does dull it down a bit and i luv polishing anyway :)

If you don't want to clearcoat it after polish, you can treat it with some auto wax after each cleaning/ polishing. That'll protect the surface from oxidation for a while.

Use the motor from an old washing machine, and not a drill for your mops. A drill will work but a washing machine motor has more torque and will not feel the load as much.
