Sticky neutral selection

Can anything be done to help get my Kat into neutral when idling. Gear changes and clutch seem to work perfectly otherwise. If I hit the kill switch it will snick into neutral no problem,just not when motor is running.

I'd have to agree with clutch drag but also chain tension or old oil, not nessecarily milage but time!!possibly
