:o you got ta be kidding £620 and rising.....it'll need £150 to paint it correctly or paint the rest to match ....
A petrol tank can't ever be worth this much .... :roll: can it?

this is the problem i see here. if suzuki dealers are selling new stock on ebay at massive inflated prices, rather than retail via the dealers network. what hope is there for reasonably priced parts for the normal owner restoring a bike. as soon as anything new turns up on a shelf in a dealership, its going to go straight online and be snapped up by someone with more money than sense.

Well, let’s face it. That tank is destined to grace a Kat that will be locked away in a heated garage and see the light of day only when it is trailered to a nearby show if it is lucky!
